{"id":15034,"date":"2017-11-29T09:03:31","date_gmt":"2017-11-29T08:03:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.foodtastic.at\/2017\/11\/29\/super-bowls-cooking-class\/"},"modified":"2017-12-02T16:23:02","modified_gmt":"2017-12-02T15:23:02","slug":"super-bowls-cooking-class","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.foodtastic.at\/en\/2017\/11\/29\/super-bowls-cooking-class\/","title":{"rendered":"Super Bowls Cooking Class"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In a cooperation with WIENERIN magazine, I had the privilege of introducing recipes from one of my cookbooks again this year, this time from my second one, \"Super Bowls\".<br \/>\n20 hobby chefs were welcomed to attend the Siemens cookingClass at the Stilarena.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Immer wieder ein Erlebnis, mit so vielen Menschen auf einmal in einer fremden K\u00fcche zu kochen \u2013 aber eben auch eine tolle Herausforderung. Immer wieder spannend, wie die verschiedenen Hobbyk\u00f6che an die Zubereitung der Speisen heran gehen. Besonders gefreut \u2013 und gleichzeitig ein wenig nerv\u00f6s gemacht \u2013 hat mich die Teilnahme meines Lieblingskochs Edi aus dem Mochi. Aber w\u00e4hrend ich in der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.siemens-home.bsh-group.com\/at\/cookingclub\/\">\u201eSiemens Markenwelt\u201c<\/a> von einer Kochinsel zur n\u00e4chsten gelaufen bin, verriet Edi den Teilnehmern ein paar Tricks. \u2013 Zum Beispiel, wie man die Kerne am besten aus dem Granatapfel bekommt \u2013 n\u00e4mlich, indem man mit einem L\u00f6ffel ordentlich auf die Frucht klopft. Neben diesem Know-how wird die Arbeit durch die vielen K\u00fcchenger\u00e4te und Maschinen nat\u00fcrlich auch enorm erleichtert.<\/p>\n<p>Aus meinem Buch wurden folgende 6 Bowls zubereitet:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rote Beete aus dem Ofen mit Schafk\u00e4se und Mohn<\/li>\n<li>Steak-Bowl mit Maiskolben, Polenta und frischem Gem\u00fcse<\/li>\n<li>S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel-Brownie-Bowl<\/li>\n<li>Morgenland Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks-Bowl<\/li>\n<li>Mexikanische Tortilla-Bowls<\/li>\n<li>Sticky-Rice-Bowl mit Mango, Kokos und Johannisbeeren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Meine zwei Favoriten der sechs gekochten Bowls sind die Sticky-Rice-Bowl, die ich in meinem Thailandurlaub kennen und lieben gelernt habe, sowie die Bowl mit Rote Beete aus dem Ofen mit Schafsk\u00e4se und Mohn. Letztere m\u00f6chte ich, passend zur Jahreszeit, gerne mit euch teilen.<\/p>\n<p>Und hier geht es zum Nachbericht der <a
