Ich wurde einmal gefragt, warum in meinem ersten Kochbuch eigentlich keine Suppen zu finden sind. Ich gestehe hier also, dass ich gar kein so gro\u00dfer Suppenfan bin. Ich mag Suppe am liebsten als klare Br\u00fche mit einer Einlage: grob gew\u00fcrfeltes Gem\u00fcse, Nudeln, Kn\u00f6del usw., oder dicker wie ein Eintopf sowie in asiatischer Zubereitung. Viele k\u00f6nnen das so gar nicht verstehen, da sie gebundene, cremige Suppen hei\u00df lieben. Zugegebenerma\u00dfen sind sie im Herbst und Winter ja eine Wohltat, da sie von innen w\u00e4rmen und man sie wie eine hei\u00dfe Tasse Tee genie\u00dfen kann. Somit kann ich die Leidenschaft gut nachvollziehen, allerdings brauche ich immer was Festes zum Kauen. \u2013 Au\u00dfer bei dieser Suppe, die meine asiatische Ausnahme darstellt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
